no true. its work fine. next time you kite a mob, run a bit and see how fast the mob is running, then use your knee-cap and see how he slows down.
i am very glad i never used the kd/startle combo. i am not feeling its lose now ![]()

firstly, this was not a fix, but a change. This was never classified as an exploit, the startle shot attack did exactly as the attack discription said it did. It was perhaps unbalanced, but so our half the attacks this early in the CU. Secondly, i agree Stasis and Concussion should have much longer anger timers, i'd also like to see anger only apply if you attempt to chain shots together, i don't see the balance issue if you're using startle shot every 3-4 shots, rather than every shot. Right now, it's useless for the most part, perhaps increase the duration of the mezz to compensate, or don't have it break on damage since it cannot be used often.
