NDA. Correspondents can't say a thing unless the devs allow them to. Back when politician came out Plinka (then correspondent for politiking) told us about the 10 city cap. There was a bit of a misinformation thing going on and Plinka got reprimanded for giving out that vital tid bit of information (otherwise noone would have known and it wouldn't have been a land grab/smaller disapointment) even though she was supposedly allowed to do so thanks to a different dev. So if something like that can happen you have to realize why the blue boys are so tight lipped. They can'tpost anything without a supervisor finding out after all.

And honestly I feel we need to take this with a grain of salt. What changes are hitting all the other professions and everything else? I heard a rumor that we'll get a new 4th bar that is what specials draw from here on this forum. If that is introduced what does it mean for combat. They may change buffs and cap that, the def cap is coming so that will have a major effect. I mean a lot is changing so only getting 1 piece of the puzzle and scrutinizing it isn't the safest of things to do. I disagree with the 3 second cap personally but the other ones seem fine and acceptable. However if other things are altered to lesson the burden of the 3 second cap it may not be that terrible.
