Thread: Fallann Hyper Rifle: Can it be improved?
Will it work if I already ADK'd it?
I want to get This even better.
With your customization already at 85% your slicing is done. 100% is the max and each slice within an area takes up more % from what I understand. Even a 3% critical hit slice I think needs 20 or 25%....and since you only have 15% open I think your mods are done.
To clairify there is a bug in getting this rifle ATM. I have personally had it pop up on me. What happens is when you finish the fist wager he offers you the second one. Upon completing the second wager I returned to him and he gave the the second reward (it is listed as a carbine I think but it looks cool but is very low damage) upon me speaking to him again he offerd the same first trial along with the second one again like it was new. I went and re-completed the second quest but again he only offered me the 1st and second quest again. I have heard that the way to get him to move along is to complete another quest in the etty village and come back to him. I tried this unsuccessfully and am stuck currently. I am gonna try again today to do another mission then go back to him and see if he offers the third time trial.
If my trick around this bug is wrong I would appreciate any other options

This is how those quests work. You can always go back and re-run them after completing them. If your not getting the 3rd wager offer then I am guessing you didn't complete the additional quests required to "open" the 3rd wager. This is no bug.

It may be all mobs but people have had the best luck with them. (and yes this is the first time space loot can be used for the ground game other then for the barc speeder)
I dont' think it's just black sun. I think it may be any pirate type space spawns.

I was helping a guildmate with a storm squadron space mission, and when I killed (I forget if it was a Jabba's or a Nym's -as there were a ton of both in that mission) Tier 3, I looted a core booster.
But I'm 100% positive it was Jabba's or Nym's.

I suspect you can loot it from anything but the ones I listed I have confirmed myself. Your P\pirate supposition may be a great idea as well.
I've been meaning to raise my second toon as neutral pilot (been sitting on Imp Ace with my main for some time now). This might be a good motivation to go out and grind that exp some. Can convince myself I'm looking for illegal core boosters instead of grinding exp - might work if I believe me. If I don't, not sure what I'll have to resort to in order to trick me.
