I believe its called a striker pistol, and not all of them are bad. I have one kenetic pistol used spider fangs to make with sats of 90-230 1.2.

it ain't hard to kill elders even with conceal it takes aprox 15 mins(full buffs of course no armour equipped-no ham cost)
