Master doc is a definite must...u can heal like 2000 action and health dmg at once, cure any state, disease, or poison, and even though u dont get defenses....it still rocks. I am master doc/master rifleman and I don't lose. Only time I lose is when a super uber dot is used or if I run out of poison cures. Rifleman/Doc is the best. kroga, have i dueled you yet?
If you are using the proper macros... you will not have to worry about KD/dizzy... if you do some research on macroing.. you can cure your own dizzy every time after your already dizzy and on your back.
This also allows you to buff yourself, buff your allies, and res. your fallen comrads.
just a thought

In regards to Marksman xxx4 being used for the posture change, I PVP a lot, but I have NEVER been able to get someone to posture change down with this. What is the trick to this?
No trick, it just plain isn't effective. marksmen XXX4 isn't worth it for the posture down as the chance to sticksuppression fireis poor and most have decent enough defenses that by the time you've fired it off several times, meleers are within range and you're going to be on your back or other riflemen will have pounded your mind into the ground. Marksmen XXX1 is useful for hitting defense stackers using /aim in front of your flushing (stun - reduces defenses) and flurry (dizzy - stops burst run), but suppression fire is a waste of skill points in my opinion.
And regarding when to use strafe2, I use it for mind dots also andfor fightingjedi. Jedi can heal all pools so the only thing you want to do when one is close is force them to use as much force healing themselves as possible - strafe2 is the most effective way causing lots of damage to all pools.
