The ones on Lowca were made with duped ore that a CSR accidentally let get in the world. From what I understand, all the legit weaponsmiths won't make em until they can get real ore.
As far as I know, there has never been a naturally made T21 on Lowca.... Not counting loot dropped ones.
Lodan....I am relitively new to this game so I have not heard anything about duped T21 ore. Where did you get that info? I would like to do some more research on this because the weapon smith that I like to do business with has a number of these and I do not want to business with someone who is not legit.
Iodan is right. T-21s are only on Lowca because a CSR gave a weaponsmith this ore which has never existed on our galaxy. I'm one of the very few masters who still refuses to sell these until they are legitimately available.
I don't blame the weaponsmiths who use the ore and sell the weapons. I blame the person who duped the ore and started selling it to weaponsmith while failing to tell them it was duped. Now, if I were a weaponsmith & bought the ore not knowing it was duped I would use it. Even after I found out it was duped, I am not just going to hold / destroy it. Thats just bad business..
Anyway, I talked to Damiac, Vorac, Asa, and Lafyl looking for T21s. Damiac and Vorac tipped me about the duped ore. Lafyl was given the ore as a gift from someone, from what I understand, and didn't know it was duped. Lafyl stopped making T21s when the ore ran dry & isn't picking up any more of it. Asa just never had it / said anything about T21s other than the Whatever Carbonate Ore has never spawned in game.
I hear sizzle makes T21s, but I never talked to him (her?).
But really, I can't begrudge a weaponsmith for making them, they are just trying to earn a buck. But I wont buy em, the ones that are out are not that good anyway. Whomever conned the CSR and duped the resources, that person needs a T21 migrane.

yep, can confirm that. I found a 120-350 dmg one sliced to 5.2 speed (Scope powerup got me to 4.3 speed and 41 mind cost, very nice)
I don't feel very Ub3r L337 with it tho... I still have my FWG5 and curved 2-handed...
Bloodfin has had T21s since before the nerfs.

Scylla has had them for about 2-3 weeks now.
Stats on mine, after slice, it went to 130-385, 7.0.
