+5 is what you need depending on weapon speed. im sure someone has the formula tucked away.

I keep it for sup fire. If you make them dizzy you can make them fall over with it. and if the are dizzy and sup fire hits but they dont fall over you can use strafe to try again

just look for the skill tapes...


i have 2 taht add up to +10, so i can fire every second, but using SS2, i only fire 6-7 specials before i have to sit down for a few minutes.

I ha master marksman and master rifleman for about 2 weeks because of the speed bonus.... but lemme tell ya I dumped my pistol and carbine skills like a hooker on prom night becaus eI needed more medic and CH skills and honestly I havent noticed a difference I maintained the Combat XP line in marksman though but +5 isnt enough to waste all those points on.
