It's unfortunate that with resistance buffs, the DoT will stick rarely, but nethertheless the damage and DoT on that Rifle is awesome. Congratulations.

If I beat you at scoutknivez the rifle is mine right? Yeah, its only AP1...it also has a 400+min and 700+max damage. Even against 80% energy resist thats still some nasty HS3 action going on their. Who cares about the DoT?!

sry but dot weapons arent affected by resist buffs 8)

Where did you hear that? From the reports I heard on test center before the patch came out, it said that the resist buffs did effect DoT weapons. Cant say I've tried it in any kind of controlled test though.

Where did you hear that? From the reports I heard on test center before the patch came out, it said that the resist buffs did effect DoT weapons. Cant say I've tried it in any kind of controlled test though.
Regardless this isa FIRE DOT which has no resistance buffs. Fire is the ultimate DOT because there are no resistance buffs to it and no area cures. Using area attacks against a group of people they will constantly be trying toget the docs to heal themor triple incapping.
