Thread: Is this a good T21?
On Bloodfin...
Price avg of a T21 is 40k for
Stocked: 400+ dmg, nice accuracy, around 7.5 speed, 100 mind cost
Unstocked: 370 dmg, nice accuracy, around 7.0 speed, 70 mind cost
The key to T21's is getting the coveted Damage Slice...
Personally I own alot of 35% damage slice of the Stocked Variety that with a 33% powerup come out to over 750 damage. These guns on Bloodfin run 300k per 35% sliced T21... at slice shops...
At master riflemen with 90 rifle speed you shoot regular shots at 1.0, however your specials will go at 2.0 to 3.0 speed, even with a 4.0 laser rifle... you will shoot at 1.0 speed with regular shots but your specials will be slower than 1.0...
There are ways to get your specials down to 1.0, I'll let someone else explain that... all that your really concerned about is the max damage of your t21... Let's just say taht with my prenerf 9.9 speed t21... I'm still able to shoot specials at cap... Damage is all that matters...
Anyone under the rank of master normally should use speed sliced t21's... personally I had T21's made with imperial stocks... on Bloodfin these came out at 15 below the normal damage of a stocked rifle... so around 395 damage about... but instead of being 7.5 speed, they were 6.5 speed, and the ham cost was 70...
I got speed sliced rifles of these type... 30% or better so that people in my guild could level with 395 damage t21's that shot at 4.0, with a powerup, these hit nicely at 510 damage, or they just made them faster with speed power ups...
Basically the rifle you need depends on your level... even at combat box 4 of riflemen, I still advise people to use speed rifles instead of damage rifles because you lack taht +20 rifle speed bonus at master... once you hit master... its reallly foolish to use anything but a damage sliced rifle... and Speed sliced rifles on my server sell for as much as 40k, the cost of a regular t21...
