Every gun I examined from the bazaar (which i had to buy to even examine) required a combat rating over 50 OR required master rifleman box. This is really a sad game the damn devs have made now. you should at level 43 be able to use

spraystick, e11, laser rifle (not advanced laser rifle), massassi Ink rifle,tuskan rifle,possibly the DXR6b,cdef, dlt20, dlt20a

with a little boost (cl 50)

essr, ld-1, most weapons from other professions
