196-544 9.2sHAM is something with 65 mind. Ideal range is bugged on t21 tho CRY. I usualy just use t21 for pvp/mindshot because even with zabrak willpower and max focus it owns my mind. then i pull out my dlt20a 105-160ish 4.5s!
Any Riflemen from Starsider see a T21 or even a Laser Rifle? I've only seen one Laser Rifle and it sucked pretty hardcore. And one guy says there isn't a single T21 on the entire server. Any information would be appreciated.
At the moment, I'm stuck with a sliced DLT20a rifle. It isn't bad, but I could do a whole lot better.
I'm running a brand new DLT20 from a the very best Weaponsmith/Smuggler on Chilastra. I might buy a T-21 from her in the near future.
And just so you guys know, Slicing IV is bugged. Advanced Slicing tops out at 25% while non advanced tops out at 35%.

I was actually lucky enough to get Kaneda to make me one the other day, 75k (not bad from the quotes I'd gotten), just ask him, depends on his resources and mood.
One thing I have noticed though, used my T21 sparingly over the last 2 days and its down to 900 con...I never overcharge shot with it and I do Mind and headshots exclusively. Gonna save it mostly for PvsP and with the laser rifle I'm toting it's just as good on the mobs I've been hunting, hell a good sup'd up DLT20A is awesome for the HAM cost, being able to spam HS3 and keep my mind above 75% is a good thing.
One thing I did try for a bit, Mindshot with the T21 (usually bleeding for 1000+) then switching to the laser or DLT20a for constant HS3's is pretty effective, with the laser I would still see 1600+ HS.
Still nothing beats a 1200+ bleed and 1900 HS, make em cry.

Laser rifles still have crappy min damage. That's the beauty of the T21. I had a laser rifle but after a few wasted shots of like 38 damage, I stick with my T21.
I also keep an E11 on me, though. Problem with the T21 is in big group PvP it's too slow to get any Sniper Shots with. You incap someone and then 9 seconds later when you're ready to finish them with a Sniper Shot, someone has already stole the DB from you. So you need a fast spraystick or E11 so once a target it down you can quickly Sniper them for the DB.

I'm still using a 111-177 5.2 DLT 20a... best available on our server (Starsider).
No Laser Rifles, no T21s that are craftable.
I have mine sliced and powered up to 132-271 5.2, so it is somewhat respectable...
