Bestequipment for high level AAs is the Mabari Armorweave belt. Like the Ubese shirt they have no condition so don't decay, and can take AAs, but you dont have to give up your BE shirt. Can be a bit difficult to find but well worth asking your local armorsmith if he can knock one up for you....

Even if the condition drops to 0, the mods will still work.

got a +7 speed and a +12 accuracy on a ubese bandolier. I usually put +1s and +2s on the rest of the armor that decays because +1 and +2 are not to hard to come by, I can usually find those on the bazaar lol and when you have +1 in each piece of armor it starts to add up real nice

What kind of backpack can you wear with a bandolier? I have too much stuff to take off my backpack. Im not buying a bigger house just so I can wear a bandolier, but I'd be willing to change to a different style of backpack, even a silly looking one.

Special Ops pack cannot be worn with a bandlier, which is a bit silly... IRL sepecial ops soldiers and law enforcment officersare the only sorts of people thatwould wear a bandolier.

Backpacks and bandoliers of all types fill the same slot and cannot be worn together. Depending on your financial situation, a bandolier for just PVP is a great way to go. When you're going out for a night of PVP, you drop your backpack in your house, strap on the bandolier and head out. This would be different SEAs etc than the ones you would need equipped for PVE, checking harvestors, and all the other stuff you do on a normal day.
