Rifleman Archive

I've been having trouble with my moun lately. Sometimes (most of the time) I'll eat it, get the additional to my mind, and it'll show the additional in focus/willpower 600/1100... but never go higher than 600. Anything I need to do to get this stuff to work? I still suffer through the downer in 10 mins however.
