I have a laser rifle with 54 mind cost and 695 max dmg (powered up), and this isnt even the best I have seen.

Spamming strafe 2 on a laser with stats close to these will outperform the best makeable T21 on the serve 4/5 times, tested by myself and pitufo, another master rifleman.

622 max damage before powerup. what pisses me off most in this game is the complete inability to repair sliced weapons, I'm sure i could have gone to a weaponsmith to repair them but so far i have lost:

1) 635 max laser

2) 565 (i believe) max t21

on 1 single attempt to repair.

For both pvp and pve I really prefer the laser, I can run 230+ difficutly imperial missions show up and kill everything in 5-8 strafe2 shots.

Honeslty I have used the laser, jawa, and T21 in duels alot- Laser just cant be beat in my opinion.

If you want lasers like this on bloodfin send me an email in game i'll send you the waypoint to the shop where they are stocked all the time.

I use my T21 for regular shots for consistent damage...i hardly ever use specials with it. I switch to my krayt laser which i keep powerup up and use it just for single SS2 uses. Sometimes it hits low, but when I roll a high hit...lookout,sometimes im in the 4500-5500 damage range.

sorry but i disagree- I have a laser that after powerups is:

126-828

25% wound chance

6.0speed (which really doesnt mater at master)

80 mind

powerup is max/min dmg or use wound chance if im feeling mean.

this thing seems to out do any T21 i have been able to get my hands on.

plus lasers are cheaper, thus more likley to be sliced in mass quanitites.

I love my laser, if anyone on bloodfin wants to do some duels, take some logs, and do some analysis I would love to show you that the laser can easily out perform a t21

plus as a doctor my mind is all i fear loosing, anyone that cannot target my mind is dead without me using specials. Anyone that can i need to take out as fast as possible with as little damage to my own mind.

828?? now that is a laser.....but that could be the highest damage hitting laser ive heard of....what were its stats before slice and PUP?

Is that a bug that makes those lasers that good? Or is it with krayt and 30%+ slice?

I just looted a laser rifle off of an Imperial Inquisitor on Lowca that has these stats:

Min max: 12-552 Base: 24-712 with 29% damage slice; 27-945 with Powerup
HAM Costs: 11/9/28

Oh yeah, the best thing about it is:
Damage over time: Fire
Strength: 289
Duration: 82s
Uses: 4100

I've talked to a master weaponsmith and found that this just can't be made. ESPECIALLY with the fire DoT. For a second, he thought I was talking about a flamethrower, and not a laser rifle.

That's a crazy rifle. I want one already.

Look at the damage, the HAM cost and add a fire DOT, **edit**!

**edit** that thing is nice lol... their is a 900 something max dmg laser rifle (unsliced) (no powerup) on Gorath right now looted from a Master Jedi... its awesome

hmmm but in PVP I still use my T-21, the damage is much more stable especially against Composite where the AR actually works... and is the best against Krayts... I can already outdamage groups of 10 people or more because their guns have little to no AR.. and if you don't believe me... come to Gorath with some friends or something and we can speed kill a krayt then we'll just check who got the loot. but besides I can do that with laser rifle too... but is much faster with a T-21 in my oppinion... laser rifle has its place... against majority of npc though... anything that is considered tough like at-st's - krayts - pvp i would use the T-21

I repair all of my guns and they are all sliced. I have lost only 1 and have repaired one of my guns 5 times now.
