i seriously can't figure out why Harpoon bothers to play rifleman at all.. obviously you feel it's gimped and sucks - why dont' you go somewhere else?

Seflyn said it all -can't beat master rifle/doc for PvP. CH has to be the most effective for PvE.

defenses are great, pvp - but ya just can't beat a super high HAM with armor, imo

fortunately, i have guildmates who can provide everything i need to support my doc/non-Ch abilities.
