So where do you find most of these tapes? Just hit Master and I am amazed at the difference in damage between +90 speed and +97 speed.
And if you cant get any speed tapes, is it worth all the points to get Master Marksman and +95 speed?

I killed an aakuan and got a SEA for rifle accuracy -6. Is this a good SEA or another broken one like Commando SEAs? If this is a good SEA, how much would it be worth? I've never seen one anywhere on the boards or in game other than this one...I'm too afraid to install it in case it's worthless (or very valuable)..hehe

Rifle accuracy tapes are nice and any good PVPing riflemen should have them. I do want to double check though, it's not really (-) is it? If it is, it's beyond worthless because it will actually give a negative modifier. If it's +, it's a very nice tape and would beworth about 500k on Intrepid - that may vary a bit on your server.

Ilooted a +5 Rifle Speed Tape off a Storm Trooper on one of my missions. This has been the single best loot item I have gotten off of a storm trooper and I have killed a bunch. hehehe

Can you Stack Skill tapes? Also I have some Wookie Shoulder Pads that have 4 compartments... How do I use Skill Tapes? Do I drop them on the Pads? Or do I have to bring it back to the Tailor?
