the way to beat em, well....eat citris snowcake,eatsyntsteak, eat ahrisha, drink brandy...shoot em with a really good gun in the head...wear stun armor..wear psg...bh is no more.

oh yeah, intimidate him, flushings shot, flurry shot, mindshot1, mindshot2, head shot.. then reaply states with said shots when needed.

Just cap out your ranged defense. I've been KD'd with stun and intimidation on me and people have still complained about not being able to hit me lol.

and there was much rejoicing...

Umm, 45% base PSG and 35-40% Stun Comp Armor Eff Sliced to at least 80% base.

Yes, it helps everyone. Even though it says it adds 'Dodge', it's better to think of it as 'Defense' instead of taking its description word-for-word. A quick search in the Chef forum should turn up a more thorough explanation.
