You're asking if Riflemen can concealshot Nightsisters? As long as they aren't 100% resistant to Energy, sure

I just killed a tusken observer and learned some stuff. what is best weapon to use against tusken observers? I used a DXR acid rifle. Also i kept getting aggroed using conceal shot and i wasnt bleeding him, i was at 65m. I couldnt shoot from 66m and up. Also i took snow cake so i wouldnt miss.

I took out a NS Elder last night with conceal shot, took a while, but did it. I did place a bleed with it, and she came a runnin'....of course the only thing I got was a NS lance, the standard crappy ones at that....I just wish we had something else to take out Spell Weavers and Protectors....

well now im taking out an observer. But i keep bleeding him. Any tips for not bleeding him?

also, ive noticed they bleed more often as they come closer to dying.

Hmm, wierd. I took out an Executioner with concealshot a while back. I think they are similar to Observers, just a bit tougher. It did seem the DXR-6b was the best rifle for the job. I didn't have him aggro unless I caused a bleed though(which I did a LOT, haha). You didn't mention being prone, so that would likely be the problem if you were not. If you were, there shouldn't be anything causing him to aggro you.
