To help out my fellow rifleman I would like to add how Musician buffs work.
First of all no matter how long you listen after they say /setperform it will always increase your stats according to them. Heres how much they buff your will and focus you breaks down.
If they have...
Novice Musician = 10% buff
Tech I -------- = 20% buff
Tech II ------- = 30% buff
Tech III ------ = 50% buff
Tech IV ------- = 75% buff (title virtuoso)
Master Musician = 100% buff
(same is true for dancer buffs which increase the primary mind stat)
Then how many flourishes they do while you listen will determine how long it lasts, with a maximum time of about 2 hours. This will take a person doing about 2 flourishes every 10 seconds 8-10 minutes. Listening for only a couple flourishes will yeild you only 10-20 minutes of buff time. (dancers work different not very sure however) Another trick you should be aware of is that if a Musician can do constant flourishes for about 2-3 minutes then it will last 2hours. However in order to do that they will most likely need a heal at some point in the buff.
I hope that this bit of info may have some use to you.
Something that you forgot to mention is that you don't have to have a musician or dancer do the command /setperform on you to get a buff. As long as you are in the same group with a dancer or musician, all you have to do is watch/listen to them and you will get the benefits of a /setperform buff with no interaction needed from the dancer or musician. The time constraints still apply and it's totally up to you as to how long you listen/watch.....it normally takes 10 minutes because most afk entertainers won't be flourishing that often.
I do this during the times when they are AFK and I really needentertainer buffs(usually during the late nights when not many people are on and it's hard to find any entertainers). I still tip when I do this and anyone who does it should tip also....but then again that's all up to you...afterall they are AFK.
this is not a flame, but here's how to make a hyperlink

oh, and they paranthisies have to be there
i think you should adjust the pvp comparison according to stun armor, because normally that is what your opponent will wear, not just 75% resist composite. then, T21 comes out on top, generally. However, it may or may not be true, because I am not sure if the AP bonus really works in PvP or not.
One of the things about PVP that makes it so interesting is that you never really know for certain what kind of defenses your opponent has - whether he/she is using a PSG (and even whether that
PSG has high stun or high energy protection), or whether your opponent ate +100 knockdown defense food, or whether your opponent's composite armor is 80% energy protection or 80%
kinetic protection, or whether they are wearing undergarments and sashes giving them +50 stun defense. What works against one opponent may have little effect on another. That's why I usually
carry 4 rifles each with different energy types - and even then it can be a gamble.
