I have combat support 4. No way would I drop it.

That tree gives you two critical skills: warning shot and suppression fire. These are critical for PvP. Maybe once you reach Master Rifleman you can drop supression fire but you still need warning shot.

Dizzy + Suppression is very good. It's the rifleman's knockdown. 19 out of 20 people will try to stand up and immediately fall down, and most of them will stay there for at least a few seconds.

Warning Shot is pretty mandatory when people start attacking you with pets. Sometimes the owner is smart enough to sic the pet and then hide (or flee) and if it's something like a Rancor, you're not getting rid of it with StrafeShot2. Warning shot is nearly mandatory.
