It's just a tip.
As well as mastering the profession they will still have to do everything else on the 'checklist'.

I have a master TKA who got a sith holocron, and it also told him that he had to go Master Rifleman.. coincidence?

Let me revise that.. I have a FRIEND who is a master TKA, and he gota sith holocron that told him to go Master Rifleman..
