yes and no... it's initial affect is correct - but it is to breakwhen the target of the attack is againdamaged - which is currently is not.
so exploiting would be to continuely lay it on the target and never let it to respond.

Yup, I did this last night too.
Even when the target was bleeding, poisoned and being shot at by a second player, the target could not attack back.

with the latest patch warcry is even more bugged T_T
it now doesn't just not break - it also stacks again.
PvP is totally out at this point - because the winner is the whiner who Warcries first

the reports from players on live have been that warcry is fixed as of yesterday.
it was a stealth fix not in the patch notes. haven't tried it yet, but it's on tempest forums and my guildies were saying it was breaking properly in pvp last night.

big question here:
Opinions please
do you think it should break on damage and last for up to 30 secs?
or should it just not be stackable and limited to lie a max of ten secs out of every 30 and not break on damage?

i like it breaking at first damage.
/shrug
the old way was too much of a warcry gank fest, imo
