have you got links to the quests? I know walkthroughs are a cheat but the only reason I PvE is to get better stuff, if I could avoid I would.

My laser is 1088 max, 2.44 base speed, 329 base dps, 103 SAC =P

you are either confused, or you suck
if you truely have a base of 370 and a modded of only 670 then it's the latter

my laser rifle is 1184 max damage, 595 moddps, unsliced and no pup.base dps is 351+ (can't remember the exact number).

now that ^^^^^^^^^^ is a nice rifle good balance of stats and the SAC is ok for that kind of damage
