ackhenceif you want the ranged deathblow skill you will have to pick up the cyborg arm with the cyborg critical strike special
does that mean that the arms might actually work?

Well, if the cyborg arm does ranged db, then I have a question:
When I bought an expensive and pretty sick ubese armor set from my friend and wore it over my compo, I realized that the jacket took off my biceps when I put it on. When I put my compo bicep on, the jacket goes. Knowing that the cyborg arm causes an armor hole, would it not allow me to wear my 6000+ energy defense jacket?
The ubese jacket has the Bicep built in so it is precluded by the usage of a Borg arm. If you want to use the arm you need armor without integrated Biceps.

stupid question because its THE DEVS but ill ask it anyway
why didnt they think about doing this type of thing for ubease and any other type of armor that'd cause this problem??

actually there is a reason
Ubeses is only one of many options for the rest of the races. Wookiees only have one armor option. If they did not help wookiees they would have been left out of content. The Ubese Jacket does not bar you from content.
