it's the only thing i can think of. i canrarely hit a humanoid mob at 65m, but i'm +15 at 68m for rancors and other huge mobs. perhaps the distance meter is being measured to the center of the mob, while the game figures the closest outside edge for tohit. i have no idea what i am talking about of course, but it obviously has nothing to do with lag.

yep it's like us melee, we can fight bolma up to 11-12m and not 5m likefor humanoid. if i fight a durni then it's back to 5m range again.

Yup, I can verify that. Last night I was Krayt hunting and was shooting at it from well over 64m. Since the group I hooked up with had 2 ATSTs I was just standing there for a good 20-30 seconds not moving. I even had a (+) at that range too.
I'll ask around in game to see if any other Rifleman I know can verify it.
