My DXR-6b rifle has 4.4 speed, higher damage, and pretty much the same HAM costs.

That rifle would only last me a week if im lucky due to the condition, but I would like to know how you got those special mods on it.

probably the 0 ham cost ?stock? that people can possibly get from the imperial themepark. mine has an28 mind cost with higher damage, lower speed, and better accuracy mods +0 for close range
