When can a rifleman use the DXR 6b? I've searched all the boxes in rifleman and failed to see any cert for it.

U may get it up to about 420 or so..
Get a good tissue and use that in it. I used a +85 tissue and the cubes to have a 228-586 4.0 Disruptor.. and that is without PU. It is accurate +99@54m

You need to examine the rifle, i think its Counter 2, been a while since I looked.
I looked all over the rifleman boxes and still couldn't find it. Can anyone confirm when you get the cert? I have enough exp to get Counter 2 (then i'd just have to find the rifle hehe).
Thanks in advance for any info.

It is indeed inCounter-Sniping II. What he meant was that you have to actually find one of them and /examine it. In the description of the rifle, it will say you need Counter-Sniping II to use it.

Lithanium rifle. It's the reward from Victor for bringing him the Tusken Executioner's Head. Problem is that, while it used to be Kinetic(much like the Tusken rifle), it is now Energy damage.
Berserker rifle. The schematic and required stabilizer component are both loot from the Corellian Corvette. Problem with this one is that the components do not currently have serial numbers assigned to them which prevents any new ones from being made. It is AP0, but does have Heat damage(which is better than the T-21 or DXR-6b on about 3 mobs in the game
)

You'll need 6 tissues to make it fly, the damage is going to only be that of a single tissue added on top of the max damage.
So What would happen is that if you find the same weaponsmith that made the first one you list, and he used white cubes in the 240-430 one and replaced both the cubes and ABPH's with the ones you have...you would see something like 255-475. Add on top of that a 25% slice for 255-593.
I would suggest using green cubes instead, you'll loose about 15pts of damage pre-slice, and about 18 or so post given a 25% slice...but your condition will be in the 900's vs a yellow cube 650. You'll just get a whole lot more use out of the rifle.

Yeah I should've used the 7 +34 tissues for a DXR6b instead of scatters, the ABPH came out 19-80 -1.21 and I wonder how that'd go with a set of 9800/600 green cubes and 9-9 rifle barrel and +20 5/5/5 scope. Then again I hate the chances of a speed slice that I got on 6 of the 7 Krayt scatters I got.
