SL isnt a combat profession and pikemen.. well they're melee so they can get kited anyway

Once again I return to defend the BH.
I'm not entirely convinced that that particular post is a nerf campaign against all othe classes. I see it as a referance for balancing the classes. It proves that BH is not GOD. It proves that other classes are more than capable of tearing us in half just as quickly if not quicker than Eyeshot or FKd or LLS2. It proves that we can lose just as much as we win and not all battles with BH are one sided. It proves that maybe, just maybe.... Bounty Hunters are not all that powerful anymore. It may also prove that some non-BH moves may need to be toned down a bit.
Nobody here likes one shots (well except maybe you guys in riflemen 
). It ruins PvP and demoralizes those who wish to engage in it. Every time I get one shot by a player, a mob, a NPC bounty mark, I am one step closer to pressing the cancel button. So when I see a post like that in my forums I know that at least my correspondent is attempting to improve the game and my professionby any and all means necessary. The devs are probably claiming ignorance as to one-shot kills so maybe thats his reason for putting something like that up.
I will say his warnings to other players concerning posting on our boards was a bit much and intolerable. I have seen some less than reputable posts coming from him in the past but I letthem slide. He is only human and the frustrations he has to deal with as a correspondant to BH's must be weighing heavily on him at this point with a new patch coming up and the current issues that exist within this game. Currently, our relations with Pistoleers seems at an all time low. You can see that from what I have written in the above posts. Even I am starting to get a little upset with the whole deal.
One more thing you have to remember (this is a continuation from my first post about not listening to a couple dimwits posting about ub3rness and how BH should fit into it):
Our class has more 12 years olds in it than a blink182 concert on a saturday afternoon. Not all those posts in BH forum should be considered the true voice of BH's. Read our forum thouroghly before you post opinions. Most of it is what Holocron referred to once as "static noise" so good posts or even average ones for that matterare hard to come by at this time.

Oh I beleive it, riflemen have their fair share of people who say that we are awful at PvP, PvE and in no way compare to any other combat class who totally destroy us in every way,life is so unfair!
However you'll also find quite a few people who post well thought out ideas andacknowledge we are a fairly good class for the skillpoints we spend. (At master, novice seems to be on its way to improving now as well.)
My main gripe is half those screenshots are not even one shot kills, and a fair amount of the ones that are quite clearly show the armour bug in action. It's like complaining about flamethrower damage, against composite it's awful, but when it goes through a "hole" in the armour because of a bug it looks amazing.
I hate thenew decay stuff, but getting any attack that has a chance of 1 shot killing people nerfed is not really the way to go about getting it fixed. Usingfalse information, which these screenshots are for me because of the all text blanked out andthe inclusion of screenshots that are not one shot kills or are due to a bug that isreported as fixedon tc, is the wrong way to go about getting your class fixed IMO.
Another point is doesn't a master BH get knockdown + dizzy in the carbine tree? This is a 2 shot "I win" combo if it hits a rifleman, and yet there are people on that thread complaining about how awful the profession is in PvP. I don't doubt that BH has some problems, as do most classes, but some of the posts in there make it seem like they are playing fencers.
unlike rifles there is no reward for going master and becoming a master cannot be done by a sane person inside 3 months. BH needs to take a page from the rifle book and spread their skills out more at higher levels. it is obvious that whoever designed BH it was his first attempt at making a MMORPG.

can you say something must be done? coudlve sworn when they first made correspondants they said they'd only stay for about a month then a new one would come...
Umm I didn't thinkcorrespondents could ban people. 
I'm sorry but if he is going to totally ignore an armour bug that is reported as FIXED on TC then I'm going to keep pointing out to him that those screenshots are not a true reflection of pistoleers damage against armour.
