I hate to say it, but I think you missed out. There's a weaponsmith named Meridian on Scylla, who, for a time, was selling top qualityunsliced T21s for 12k each. I ended up buying 20 of them.

I use my damaged sliced laser rifle most of the time in PvP, especially with a mob.. strafeshot2 works godly on them, but when i get the occasional commando running up to me in full composite.. the Jawa works best. unless you got a pre-nerfed T21.. its not worth it IMO.. too high of a mind cost and the damage aint that much of a difference..

I didn't miss out, I bought 5 of them at the time, ALL 5 got speed sliced, and were12k each. Now meridian hasn't answered an email in months, so I use his dlt20a's

T21 and Jawa, both damage slices and both using a Max Damage/Mind coupler. The jawa is just for when I face mobs or with a stun vlunerability and high energy resist and medium or heavy armor. Because the stun vul means the Jawa would do more than the T21 on the floaty. I don't PvP much and when I did the T21 still ripped through them fast enough to not bother changing to the Jawa.

I use Breath of Heaven and 2 Ryshcate so I can spam strafe 2 with the T21 and have little to no drain on any bar even with my armor on.

Depends on the mob's resists. I've got every rifle under the sun for those cases. Usually hit with T21 for the bleeds and then switch to a laser, SG82 or Ion to do the real damage with HS. If the mob is relatively weak I'll use the T21 and rapid HS2 to take them down before the rest of the pack notices.

If I'm against a large group it's Muon time and SS2 while my pet holds aggro.

Don't do PvP though - no comment there.

Damage sliced Laser. I only switch to the T21 when I know I have to kill something before it kills me. But since I use a pet, the only difference in using a Laser would be that it takes a couple of shots more. But with the AP not working constantly, I don't loose too much time. And given that for the same price of a T21 I can buy 3 Lasers, and therefore have a high chance that my Laser slice will get me a better end result than my one attempt to slice the T21, the Laser really is almost as good. And when it takes 2 minutes to kill stuff anyway, I don't care about min damage as long as the DPS is high enough.

The only situation wehre I would use the T21 is wehn fighting NPCs that I could drop in a few shots. Here a LAser with it's min damage is more risky. However, against NPCs I use a Jawa Rifle most of the times anyway.

I find I get bored real quick if I don't pvp, and the dlt20a isn't cutting it anymore, so I guess I need to find a muon vendor,and use laser's. No luck in 3 months finding any Muon on scylla. And if I happen to find a t-21 the MWS wants 75k for a decent one, so of course I /punch him and walk away.

I keep a laser, SG82, and a tusken on me (once the tuskens are AP1 kinetic, they'll be worth something). they get very little use.

the jawa ion is probably my most-used rifle.

Jawa if situation demands it.

Note: T21's and Lasers on Starsider are not that diffrent in Max damage

No offense to Merridian, whose other rifles are of nice quality, his T21s always lagged behind Ardath's by an appreciable amount. I would rather pay 30Kfor the top of the line than12K for a decent one. In any case 75K shoud be an unhead of price on Skyla. Even when they just appeared they were going for 45-50K.

PVE: T-21 for strafe2 & laser for bleeds, I use muon & food for a bit.

PVP: T-21 cuts through that composite like a knife through butter.

I don't know how some of you stand laser rifles or call it your favorite. I keep one for fun for destroying lairs. It is so undependable. Do you use it because it is cheaper? As a master you should be able to make plenty of money. Do you use it for lower HAM cost? They are barely lower than a T21, and it's fun to use a bunch of mind for a big shot and have it based on a 30 damage shot at the low end of a laser rifle. Do you do it for the high damage, what are the chances of getting that highest damage shot?If you figure average damage you will see the T21 is higher and even moreso if you factor in the extra armor piercing damage.

My second choice is my Jawa Ion
It does well in PVP, which I thought I would do a lot when I hit master but the interest has not really been there.

My next plan is to see how high damage I can get an E11
With a damage slice, a powerup and maybe some krayt tissue this seems like a much better choice than a laser rifle. It has medium armor piercing, is much more reliable than a laser with a much higher low damage rating and has a significantly lower mind cost over the laser and T21. So it would be my choice over the T21 when not on the muon or mind buffed.
