But, when an Imp uses it, he has nothing to shoot, so he uses it on players 28 times.

Don't tell me you didn't see those sharks come out for blood when the t21 was "fixed"? They were nerf whiner numero uno. Commandos = enemy one as far as I am concerned from here on out. They were very muchsupporting the nerf to the t-21, the one and only prayer we had of being viable in PvP against anyone that has a brain in their head. Obviously you missed all this? heh.

Well Ive never actually heard an official statement on it, whether its 1.25x1.25x.125 or, its adding it up. But yeah its going to be one shots on players.

No need for official statement, I know from my in game experimentations that my e11 or laser rifle are doing 156% damage over AR0 (on an enemy with AR0 5% energy resist, my 200 combat window shot does 297 dmg overhead (200x1.25x1.25x0.95))

I've only ever seen one person selling rocket launchers and they were 200k each. Heh, I'll pass. I don't need to kill ANYTHING that badly. If someone pops me with a rocket, good for them. I'll keep going back and presenting myself as a target just to bankrupt them laughing the whole time.

Hehe, if you really want an official statement in order to believe me, here is an extract from the official "Armor guide" on this very site:

Armor Rating of None vs. Armor Piercing of Medium results in 25% more damage (200 x 1.25 = 250) and then another 25% more damage (250 x 1.25 = 312).

What really disturbed me at that link was "Since 11 points of damage made it through, the armor's current Condition drops to 8711 with the maximum Condition staying at 8722. "


God I get hit for 3k damage sometimes...
