1003 if you can manage it. MindShot2 is the most usefull ability for a starting rifleman. The support tree gives speed, and Dizzy. Against humanoid targets (NPC) dizzy is very powerful.


An alternative would be 1030. A pretty nasty AOE ability at the cost of speed.


Speed does make the heavier rifles very usable though.
