In the screenie its damage pupd. Normally I use a sac pup, however in large 50v50 PvP battles, action doesnt matter because of the lag, I use damage pups

After playing for ages with a pre CU standard T21, I was finally persuaded by the following. Our nice guild ( Guild on Chimaera ) gave me this :
HLR Standard Form
HLR Damage Pup
HLR Speed Pup
I recomend you look him up if you are after a specialised weapon....

Not on your server, but I think my 1b is better. Lower dps, but a far higher acc bonus (fitted with a pre-nerf scope). Owns in pvp and all other things for that matter.

Yea, the SAC is pretty high but with the spd AA's I have it could near 800 mod dps. I'm considerin a M.Commando/M.Rifles temp for my next character.

OK heres the stats from my rifles:-
Trando
Speed 2.62 (base)
Damage 768-1382
Accuracy 16
Base DPS 410.85
SAC 97
Sac might be considered high but I used ranged shot a lot, the minimum damage on this is designed with alpha strike in mind. This is the PvP weapon. Again when the template is changed and sea's added this should become far more deadly.
ALR
Speed 2.7 (base)
Damage 689-1361
Accuracy 16
Base DPS 380.29
SAC 82
Maybe slow but, even with just MRM the adjusted speed is somewhere around 1.6 ish planning on taking master marksmen and +25 General Ranged Speed and Rifle Speed in sea's, and that should then be quite a PvE weapon.
