that never fails to happen...

Anyway, as I was saying, here are my 2 template ideas atm.

Master Rifleman
Master Doc
Novice Scout

^For if I make my own buffs

Master Rifleman
4440 Doc
novice scout
novice doc

^Would help PVP with warcry and intim.

Master Rifleman
0440 Doc
0034 pistoleer
^Good melee defense

Which should i go with? Right now I have 1100 rifleman, master doc, and novice scout and brawler. I will drop brawler as I need SP for rifle.

i think he means novice brawler not nocive doc... at leat thats what the intimidate and warcry are from...




I can just see a "Wait for the Combat Revamp" and "Wait for the Smuggler Revamp" quote all rolled into one.

Try this:


Master Rifles
4030 Doc
0044 Pistols.


With you can cure all states, fire, poison, disease, whatever with cure kits Cs. You get pretty good state defenses (+50 KD, +50 Dizzy I thinks)from the pistol trees, and very nice ranged (about 72) and melee (30 from rifles +48 from pistols ?= 80) defense.


Riflemans only weakness is states, and the doc/pistols complements that very nicely. The only problem is a lack of self-buffing. You will far more combat effective on the field, once buffed.

Master Rifleman

Doctor 4440

Pistoleer 0030


Sacrifice the ranged, melee, and knockdown defense ( there is a food for knockdown defense, and squad leaders, bio clothing, and skill attachments can increase ranged, and melee defense ). With this temp you will be able to use all ofrifleman to it's full potential, while being able to cure all states, poison, disease, fire, rez other players from death, and use med use 90 buff packs ( most on my server can get up to 2200 with 3 hour durations ). The defenses you will take advantage of are stun, dizzy, and blind ( blind is very important because as a rifleman, it's hard enough to hit a moving target, without being able to see the damn thing ).

I support the Complete termination of all involved in this smokecreen, and the restructuring, and ethical rebuilding of our game the way it was.

OH! and the healing speed is nice too if you're getting a wuppin, and need to heal fast to stay alive.

my problem with the 4030 doc, pistol template is that my income is buffing. I Need at least 0440 doc, and would like 4xxx to heal states.

I would pick up TKA or Swordsman, but I have a bet for 300k with a friend that i master and keep rifles for a month, so....

alright, let me switch my template up a little here:

M rifle
0440 Doc<-| These two can become 0340 doc, 0400 TKA for KD2
0300 TKA<-|

The good- I can buff, heal myself, and PVP better.
The Bad- No state heals, no scout (My secondary income)
The Ugly-KD someone in PVP and Headshot 3ing them to death.

OR

M Rifle
M Doc
1000 Scout

Good kiting and I can use my 117 harvest droid.

Master doc is not needed, unless you want full buffs to sell. Go 4440 so you can apply decent buffs, and cure poisons, diseases, fires, and states. It's a pain switching from unarmed to rifles, so I'd get defense over the KD. That and you won't have KD2, which is better than what you are getting. For defense, get 4000 (or whatever you can) of fencer. If you are pvping with a group, chances are its going to have melee templates which will do the KD for you. Basically as a doc/rifle, you want to maximize your ability to stay alive.

4440 doc leaves me with 38 skill points. This is enough for me to grab novice brawler and scout and FS skills.

OR I could pick one defense tree in pistoleer, minus the KD defense.

With 4440 DOc i cant even get a novice elite brawler prof.
