SOOOOOOO i hit master rifleman I am a Trandoshan..... I chose Trando i figure it would be cool too shoot things with rifle when they get close put rifle away and punch it. That ws when i was newb. NOW i know that i 1shot allmost everyone in pvp but after about 10-15guys im out of MIND my willpower is ONLY 600 sigh

ANYWAY im thinking of restarting and going Zabrak for the 900willpower i know i have to do everything over again but i know how to do it pretty quickly at about 50-60k an hour exp BUT such a hassle i wanna know if anyone has tried out both races and know how much a difference the 900willpower will help over my 600?

It makes a big difference in regen speeds, trust me.. But worth restarting? Not sure.. 600 is plenty

restarting a master rifleman because your lacking a few points in willpower? seems kinda insane considering how much work its to get up to master rifleman. Just use spices or powerups that decrease ham costs...

its not a few willpower its 300 thats a 50% increase and i dunno if you guys got to Master Rifleman yet but you shoot headshot 3 as fast as a pistol shoots a normal shot its INSANE speed so running out of Mind happens a lot.

I have gone to Anchorhead killed 15guys in like 2 min and i would be out of mind... and i would die and do it all over again. I would rather take out the 30 the first time

What about that Stat Migration button on the character screen? Does that actually do something?

Mon Calamari make excellent riflemen. I have 1000 mind, 750 focus, and i think 700 willpower. And i toned DOWN my mind stats to beef up health and action a bit.

The 750 focus helps a TON. I very very very rarely run out of mind pool. The only time i did was when i went on a 45 minute kiting bonanza of about 20 Jax behind me. Even then i was using a laser rifle with a crazy 60+ mind special cost. I don't know the special costs on the T21, but not having a stupid min damage would have saved me a lot of unnecessary reapplications of mind shots due to bad rolls.

On a side note, anyone know the damage types and armor piercing values on the SG82 and the Jawa Ion Rifle? I'm thinking of using one of these in PVP for the alternate damage type. I saw someone post once that the SG82 is cold damage.

Might be worth it to use a lower AP value weapon with a different damage type once everyone figures out to buy head gear that has the highest possible energy resistance they can find.

If you want more mind, look for:

"Muon Gold" Spice, it'll boost all ur mind stats considerably.

Mon Calamari sounds better than zabrak. Zabraks take a focus penalty that hurts a ton.... but im not playin no fish.

Another thing to consider - if Sony ever fixes experimentation then theHAM costs on weapons should improve significantly. Currently no one experiments on efficiency since it has almost no effect on the HAM costs.

wookiees seem to make a good rifleman..... I've got good enough Health and Action so I can take a few hits and I have 1000 mind, 650 focus, 600 willpower which seems more then enough to kill anything mob I come across unless I run into a bunch of Stormtroopers

Thruster Head spice boosts +600 mind, +200 focus. Lasts about 7 minutes, with a 2 minute downer afterwards (puking, & mind pool drops to 50 or so until the downer ends).

Muon Gold spice boosts +500 mind, +500 focus, +500 willpower. I don't know its duration or aftereffects yet.

If the PvP encounters you want higher willpower for occur for occasional brief periods out of your total online time, these might be worth trying out, rather than starting all over.
