Thread: is a 126 SAC rifle viable if i only use ranged/placed shot?
i havea llc im mbh mrifle 4000 cm 0410 medic my llcrifle is
482 +42 elemental thats 530 min to uhm 1146 plus 42 is 1186 max 2.48 speed unmodified and 82 sac
with doc plus 25 buff i have like 0.82 modded speed 1.07 without
so sac pup ? or speed hrmm speed for output sac to be uber and long lasting i think ill adk and use sac pup ..
lol oh and it has a accuracy bonus like 18 is this gun good ?
i was a rifleman before bh i have allot of old pre cu t 21s and a adv lazer rifle that rocks
and pre cu i used to be mrifle mfencer medic
Are you going to make that rifle with damage stocks instead and/or with no exp on sac?
I think that action cost is on diminishing returns. 126 sac might not be that much different than 100 sac. However it is very benefical to get very low on sac probably because regen will be high compared to action cost so when action cost=action rgeen you can fire forever.
Someone found out that the force cost forjedi is Base FC + Special modifier x Saber FC. Base FC is a fixed force cost for example is 5 for Saber Hit and 20 for Imp Saber hit (with a special modifier of 0.2 and 1.5). I guess that action/mind cost is using a similar formula.
