It is a great and long hidden tome of the ancient secrets of the Rifle. The text bares files on weapons of such legendary power that they are only talked of in whispers. The sheer immensity of the information hidden within is said to be able to drive the reader insane.
Which probably explains what happened to PyscoJuggalo.

It is written in the KFC/Taco Bell on Archer and Moody in Chicago.
Yaks milk is used in the creation of it's stationary.
And it holds the secret of the "Wayne Johson super quick diet plan".

And one day he will return there, and we'll get more than just one line, quoted from someone else.

The Riflenomican speaks of dark times ahead. It speaks of the Devs and their unholy ways, the times when the BH will rise again and take over all of SWG. And of course it speaks of the return of the unwise one himself, HARPOON, and his eventual return to the rifleman forum and the plague that will follow.
I think it also mentions the demise of some "onestar troll" that hounds the prophet day and night. Your time will come

Perhaps you have heard of the famous "lost volume", the Phenomonomican?
(You must quickly say it's name 10 times quickly to reach the first level of understanding.)
