Unfortunately, the certificate for itis bugged, or doesn't exist.

looks like a renamed tuskin king rifle, which also doesnt have a cert.

Where did you get this rifle? Is it lootable or craftable?

You should probably edit the message title to include that it does kinetic damage and you'll probably see a lot more responses.

While I do like the idea of a Winchester looking rifle, I can't say that I'm terribly excited about a rifle that does kinetic damage as it's one of the most common resistances.

Clearly you've never seen a high level Nightsister. They have 100% resists to EVERY damage type that a rifle can do (Energy, Stun, Cold), but relatively low resists to kinetic.

seems more like a quest item given the perfect 1000/1000 condition, but really it is the same as the tuskin king rifle you get from Brovo the hutt. It even says in the description it's a replica.

eah just re looked at it and it looks like a quest reward. but it says it is a replica of the tuskan rifle not tuskan king.

so yeah it's like a pre-nerfed tuskan rifle lol. that you probably wont be able to use :/
