This has probably been done a thousand times before but just what are those stats on that non powerup'd gun Mr Rifleman???

Rifle = T21

Condition - 996

Speed = 5.4 (sliced)

Dmg = 196 - 398

Wound = 34%

HAM cost - I can't remember

Purchase cost = 17.5k

Maker = Optional???

My unsliced T21 has a max damage of 412. The condition is pretty bad since I have used up many crates of powerups on it and it has survived being repaired. It was a damn fine rifle when it was new though.

the base T21 stats on starsider are about 409-412 max unsliced

but i have no clue whats going on
