Eclipses are fairly good, more dependalble then the lasers and damage is comparable. I see max on lasers as 700 and max on T21 as 500 (HAM will eat you on those versions, however). Typical is still 500, 350 relative. I have 2 versions, a 180-490 7.0 speedham eating monster (for bleeds) and 120-375, 4.8 speed not-so-bad ham. I've been using the latter more and a 110-320 2.7 speed E11. Most lasers have the same slow speed as the T21 and the E11 lets me shoot like a pistol user, not to mention the same AP as a laser. cons less then white (solo) and I stick with the E11. Above that and I use the light T21. Things like Kyrats get the "big boy" for the bleed set then back to the other T21. That"Big Boy" can eat my health faster then then my mind sometimesso I have to be careful with it.

my best dmg sliced T21 with a 33% powerup is 16x-597 dmg. the dmg slice wasn't 30%, 28 or something.

base stats were around 130-357, 7.2 speed, 71 ham, accuracy bonuses at 54m and 60m (something like that).

scylla has an abundance of them, the best know weaponsmith in the galaxy has been selling high quality ones with advanced powerhandlers and everything for 12k, i got 4 of em, then they were all sliced for dmg, and i have +30 max dmg powerups, gets the dmg to 600 max.

Wanderhome has crap loads of em. I have 2. One is dmg sliced and with pwrUp does a max of about 56? i forgot the last digit. Anyway its Ok. We had pre-nerfs also but they are more and more rare every day.

I am starting a Rifleman character and would like to know 1) which servers have T21's and 2) which ones can make them better than the Laser Rifle.

Certainly not Lowca. We hada whole Alantium scandelinvolving a CSR giving out resources. Legally, T21's were not obtainable untilabout 3 weeksago. Even still, the legal T21's cap out at 350 damage, unsliced.

Corbantis here. Good T-21's here before any changes are around 132-325 7.4 speed and current prices are around 40k.

Bloodfin has about the same. I bought mine for about 30K. Then it was sliced for speed bringing my speed down to something like 5.2. With a 33% max dmg powerup, it'll do up to around 450.

Wanderhome has them everywhere.....i have roughly 40 or so of them in my house.

They rangle on average from 117-330 versions all the way to 198-383 versions

Ok Radiant still doesnt have t21's but whocares and I missing something? 450max damage?

i know max damage isnt the only thing but I have a lazor rifle with a base of 461.....i think my best is 610 max and thats well over 800 with powerups? Plus there faster. I know that min damage plays a part but I was really hoping that you were going to say the t21 was not as bad a bear on my ham but from what you say its worse.....These Lazors arent even Kryat which can add quite a bit more? I guess im just let down with all the hype about the t21 what am i missing?
