I think he's a very good corresponded.. so good that he will probably take a second to answer you. But I think he'll be out sick untill monday, so never mind .

I agree.. this status of profesion bull **edit** has really dragged on for a very very very long time.. but it's not Klawlegnas fault, or any other correspondent... we're all geting screwed over here, not just RIfleman. I'm sick and tired of .. next week, next week, tomorow.. next week.. oh 5 minutes from now.. oh wait, we'll actually TALK about it next week.. GOOD GOD!! At least give us something...tell us what you're working on.. oh well.. I've waited this long, I guess I'll wait a bit longer.

Deep breaths now, and calm the frig down!

First off, all the issues have beendiscussed/answered, but only the correspondants have gotten the answers, and they can't release them yet till they talk about it a bit more.

Secondly, think about how many issues there are. 5 for each profession, plus 4 other correspondants (GCW, PA, SWG, TC), that's 180 issues. 180 issues for TH to take around to all the different developers and get them to talk about it. That's going to take a long time just to get the answers, let alone implement them

Let's think, do you really think that Thunderheart is sitting around at his desk saying "Hmm, I could go and finish the correspondent questions, but naw, I'd rather finish my salomi sandwich here and then take a nap"?. Honestly, this is like any other job, you have to work hard to keep it, everyone at SOE with a job knows that and does it as fast as is humanly possible. I guarantee you would not do any better of a job.

And this has nothing to do with klawlegna, so don't blame him.

LoL, we SLs have been going through this since day one. That's why I like rifleman: we get changes.

And sometimes for the better. TH is out this weekend (as he stated in his post on the Dev Tracker) so don't expect anything this weekend. Hopefully next week. Problem for all us combat types is that we have issues, we are working on answers and now we are looking at the combat changes coming up which may or may not change everything. Tough spot. We are getting Dev responses though so its far better than the early days.

I agree with the Klaw comment, pointing fingers at him is just stupid. Coorespondants just work inside the system, they are not responsible for it.

I dont agree however with your reasoning as to why folks should calm down. Sure thats a lot of issues, all the more reason maybe they should hire more people to deal with it. All the more reason they should have acted way sooner on profession issues instead of letting it sit and rot for months.

Its not players fault and I think that needs to be made clear. We didnt force SOE to release the game way earlier then it should have been. We didntforce them to wait months before hiring someone like TH. We didnt force them to impliment a broken correspondant system and then wait to fix it. Its not the players fault that you have a handful of Devs working on all those professions and then they are also forced to work on new things like mounts or player cities.

They have had since release to get things working, and in my opinion thats more then enough time.

The Top 5 isnot even an issuenow.

They say their going to rearange the whole dam system so that means everything is probably going to change and even if we don't change much they won't implament adjustments until their system is ready. So we might as well forget about the top five and try to preserve our place as a heavy damage dealer.

Maybe I was not clear since I was so angry when I wrote it. I did not attack klawlegna personally, and I didn't say he did a bad job.

But I am saying he did a good job, which was wasted effort, because no matter how good he has done it, nothing happens. I said that I lost faith in the idea that a coreespondant had the power to achieve something, to establish a communication with the devs, and to get our issues over. And nothing will change this opinion but giving us some results. Not promises, not empty words, not stalling. Results.

I wish I could do more. I think we'll have our hands full once the new systems come into place. I think they're revamping alot of stuff.
