Can't tell you for sure, but I had some really nice T21s and DXRs pre-CU and now my best weapon is an advanced laser rifle with 325 base DPS.

T-21 (it converted nice! (got to love a pre cu 35% speed slice and -1 sec krayt tissues))
(people should have listened to me when I said speed slices were better then damage slices ^_- )

So should I buy a 450 dps T21?and if so what is the max i should spend on it?

385 base rdps on my assault bowcaster. Modified dps is 602. Wearing my rifleman suit with +21 rifle speed modified dps hits 632. All the rest of my weapons are crap compared to this. Nest best hits like 320 base dps.
