Damage caps at either 1184 or 1187, I get the two mixed up. If your crafting with uber krayt tissues the idea is to hit the cap sooner, with fewer points used, then use those "extra" points into SAC or speed, etc...
SAC is capped on the low end at 82 for rifles.
Speed? I am not aware of the speed cap on rifles. Is there one? I thought this was resource limited.
My suggestions for having a rifle made: cap the damage (or get close), drop the SAC to 85 or lower, put the rest of the points into reducing speed.

ya if your capped on everything else might as well get it crit sliced.
1184 is posted as being the cap for most rifles, so not sure how you ended up at 1185 without a slice/pup but close enough. Not sure on the speed cap listed right off hand, but the SAC is capped at 82. I also agree with the above poster that suggested you max out damage first then SAC, then if anything is left put it into speed. if you follow this logic as well and are able to hit the caps, then that would likely leave you with the ability to slice the speed for a positive increase.
not knowing the speed caps right off hand on rifles I couldn't tell ya to slice speed on a rifle with those stats, but then again based on those stats i would swear the rifle is already sliced or at least puped considering speed is normally in the 2.5-2.6 range and even with -3.0 speed tissues (which really only translate into -.30 speed) you would only be hitting around 2.45 speed in a best case scenario. You could use an imp theme park stock but then your stuck trying to drop the +20 SAC from using prenerf comps to compete so I really don't see how your hitting those stats without the rifle being sliced and/or pupped.

Um also I made a teensy weensy mistake the rifle stats I listed there were after a speed pup (lower accuracy) All my experimentation on the weapon went into dmg (not much needed) then sac. The stock was a pre cu stock with a pre cu scope and new abph (with the krayt) I didnt notice the exact speed on the krayt before i started, but the dmg was 190. I also crafted a dl44 XT and high cap scatter with the remaining two tissues. both of those had damage in the mid 900's (bout 940 i think) with 121 sac. I made them for a guildie that just wanted dmg and speed.
The only problem is now, that I dont have an adk and im afraid to wear it down
Also I wish I had just sold the krayt as I think i would have got a small fortune for it, and Im sure someone could have used it to hit all three caps (without pup).
