Id love to be able to strap my rifle over my shoulder on my back it would look so sweet

and would look less stupid in towns where everyone just carrys their weapon!

Would be good, I dont see why they couldn't just make weapons worn like clothing items when they are un-equiped (similar to planetside). But then there are problems like, what happens if you have more than 1 rifle/pistol/carbine/sword/pike in your inventory?

Every combat class needs this option. It's just common sense to me. /sigh Oh well...

i was thinking just the one you used last, or are currently using, and have a hot key to shoulder it when not in use

It'd probably have togo into the Backpack/Bandolier-whatever-slot, but I guess that's fair enough- for now

I would love to see being able towear weapons when not in use, whether it be on the back or in a holster. It would look better than having everyone holding a weapon everywhere they went.

I think you should just holster your weapons (sling over back for rifles, under the arm in a side holster for carbines, and in a waiste holster for pistols) whenever you are not in combat, then when you go into combat yousling it around, this may givethe pistols a little faster reaction speed to start, but that is another way to make the weapons unique. I think a pistol should be able to draw fasterat the start of a fight honestly.

I'd like to see a T21 poking out of my BP

As much as I'd love to see something like this implemented.... well I dunno if the Devs would take the time to get it pushed through. They have their agenda, we have ours. Plus it's a matter of can it be done. We're still grappling with Imperial hats

It can be done.

Look at the lightsabers for example. They are in the "off" mode when they are equipped but not in combat. The same could hypothetically be done for ranged weapons as well, having an "off" mode where it's shown as either holstered or slung over the shoulder when equipped but not in combat.
