Where should i put them... i have 3.. a +4 another +4 and a +1. Now should i just worry about the two +4's and forget about the +1? I want to wear armor when i fight things but was thinking like maybe... a ubese shirt... because that doesnt decay right?
And something else that i can wear with armor that doesnt decay and is clothing. Anyone have suggestions?

Well first off, give me one of the +4s. Ill take on off your hand, throw the other into and Ubese Undershirt, doesn't decay, thats good. With the +1, throw it into like a hat, so wear it when its cold out. Hope that helps, just give it to me, thats the best choice

lol jerele i always see you posting about rifle stuff on trade forums and selling stuff. You should have enough money and enough skill tapes by now lol. And yeah the ubese shirt is good.... but im going to be weaing a composite helmet so hat isnt good. I heard something about a belt before... and if this is a good choice, does it decay? And can i wear it under armor?

Use the +4s and sell the +1. At +98 rifle speed, you'll be at the speed cap with any weapon using any special. A Mabari belt is a good choice as it works the same as the Ubese shirts. It uses the belt slot which is also used by PSGs, so don't expect to wear both of those things at once. You could also try a bandolier (though I think they all decay and use the backpack slot) if you want.

i would put one in a belt, and one in a BE shirt as u can wear the shirt under comp armour. it will decay, but all the mods will still apply.

Ubese shirts fit under composite as well and do not decay.

also , the bug where 0/1000 pieces of clothing still give mods is going to change sometime in the near future

I'd go with the Bio E shirt.
Also, I understand they fixed the Zero-Durability-But-Mods-Still-Apply bug a while ago - when your item reaches 0 durability, you get a message saying it's been disabled. Still wearable but no effective enhancements (ignore what your skill tree window says, it's buggy as hell).

Ok so im definetly going for the belt. Now the other one i wa shaving a discussion about last night. Can a clothing attachment go into a ubese shirt? Isnt that just for armor? I would rather put it in that if i could since it doesnt decay.... but if i cant i'll go with the BS shirt

Er, I think you're right. I put a +5 def vs KD plate into an Ubese shirt a while back. Probably can't put both plates and tapes inthem. ThenI suppose you'll just have to get a BE shirt you like- and be veeeeerrryyy careful with it.

NEVER begin a post with the words "Where should I put them...."

How do you put an SEA onto a backpack without it just going INTO the pack? Even with a full pack it says "This container is full" or whatever that message is.

I didn't know you could. Do they tend to have sockets? You can put them in socketed clothes that use the 'backpack slot' which aren't neccessarily backpacks. If backpacks have sockets, there must be a way, but I have never tried. Sorry
BTW, what's The Interior Decorator? I'm sure no one's asked you before
