Thread: Where to put my +5 rifle speed tape...

I happen to have a +5 rifle speed clothing tape but I don't know what to do with it. I dont want to risk it and put in a shirt for it to decay. So I tried putting it in my backpack since it has sockets available, but that didn't work. Anyone have any suggestion on what to do with it besides sell it?

give it to me put it in a belt or something that is worn with armor. Right now clothes can be decayed and the still work.

See when thats fixed, I would be screwed. Thanks for the reply however. Looks like I'll have to suck it up and place it down!

ubese shirts count as armor.. so they take armor attachments, not clothing attachments.

to the original poster, you can't have it both ways. it's a clothing attachment, and it will decay eventually. the only place you can put it where it won't is in your house or bank, and there's no point in having it then, right?

of course, if you pvp and are insured, you get no decay. so, make it a pvp item, and only pull it out when you're pvping. (of course, if someone 3 incap griefs you, you're going to eat the decay hard.)

Nooooooooo, not a belt!!!! I have a +9 rifle speed AA I dropped in an armorweave belt. It was a great idea at the time until Imp PSG's came out. Now if I want that extra stun protection in PVP, I have to lose DPS...

Belts and PSGs are supposed to take the same slot.

At least the armor belts does share slot with psgs. Perhaps it's different for clothing?

Or... are you sure you're wearing them both and not only think so?

all belts share the same slot as PSGs (both cloth and armor) I believe this chap is mistaken.

Why not in an ubese armor shirt? I thought it took no decay and you could wear it underneath your Comp chest plate?


NOTE: That is what I've heard... could someone clarify.

You're right. However, you cannot put it in Ubese shirts since they are 'armor' Only plates will work for the Ubese shirts. Tapes are best used in belts for now.
