Have you tried
/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_ability_03
/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_ability_02
/setCurrentSkillTitle combat_rifleman_ability_01
?
Logic would suggest....

That seems a long way going about things to change your title when you can just go to ctl_p.

The 'ability' comes from 'Rifleman Special Abilities'(4th column). The others would be something like 'sniping', 'concealment', and 'countersniping'. The numbers will either be 04's as well or 01, 02, 03. Should be easy to figure out

Yes, I have tried, and no, it doesnt work.
Updated the original post with the assassin one.
Seems like theres a set category for each tree. Abilities is not the Rifle SPecial Abilities line, its the next tree over. So the Abilities is not in the tree.
Working on finding the rest.
Wow, that's way more complicated than it should be! ![]()
I did find out that using the /setCurrentSkillTitle command without anything after it will remove any title you have. I made myself a hotkey for that one ![]()

Two Words:
Ctrl+P
One word: Macro.
Alternate word: Alias.
I have an alias to change my title to Master Rifleman. I have another to change it to Master Doctor. I have another one to clear my title altogether, and I have one to change it to the title I normally use, Novice Marksman.
I even havea macrothat cycles between Master Rifleman and Master Doctor every few seconds, just as a lark.
It takes far less time to type in /titlestd, /titlerifle, or one of the other aliasesI setupthan it does to do the Ctrl-P route.
