The tuskan or the berserker rifle can both be fairly decent kinetic weapons.

Wookiee Assault Bowcastr is most powerful kinetic damage rifle there is! It has a sac cap 82 damage of 1184.5 slice cap 1183 Speed is unknown, probably the kinetc version of a ALR just for wookiees only

What many people don't understand about Bowcasters is that you can't scope(i think scope...) them, which has a -Sac or speed, not sure, stat on it. I don't think its possible to cap on more than one stat... if you have capped damage your sac will most likely be over 100 i believe. This one is my bowcaster, made with 183d, -.78s, -8 sac, enhanced power cells (the best power cells are 184d, -.79s, -8 sac) i believe. So basically i had the best stuff
