Will considering and all... I guess that is rated as a good rifle on Gorath then =p No laser rifles or E11s yet?

176 avg damage with jawa rifle, with ap 1, and probably less mind cost. A 20-350 laser rifle has an avg. of 185, ap 2 and at least 20 more mind cost , with energy damage (resists usually higher than stun). So they are pretty close if not equal, I wish I could find one.

Stun damage is nice for PvP.

My server ran out of resources, but I have a 110-200 base damage, 5.4 speed Jawa Ion. (Not sliced) I sure hope for a damage slice, would be really nice. Since i cant make another one.

What are the ham costs on these things? Higher or lower than an E11?

I got my laser rifle today with a powerup it has a 473 max damage. It has low min damage though making it kind of random.

my most powerful rifle is a Laser 21-379 6.1 sliced ... its not bad i hate the variance on it though.

incapping yourself is subject to your stats, weap powerups and most of all the armor you wear as the encumbrance can quite literally kill you.

i have 950 mindpool, 575 willpower, and 525 focus. playing human. i ditched all my armor and switched to clothing with a shield generator. the clothing has 29 total slots for Skill ENhancers.

with thta setup, i have a significant boost to taking cover, defense skills, alertness, rifle speed, rifle accuracy and few other usefull things.

most importantly however, is that with a combo powerup of 30%+ max dmg / 15% + mind cost reducer, i barely use up my HAM bar with my laser, which is sliced for dmg and with the powerup has stats of 27-578 spd 6.0

with a 30%+ mind cost reduction powerup, i quite literally use less mindpool then i regen, even during quite lengthy battles. only other weapon i switch to now is a speed sliced spraystick (speed 1.4 base) which i use as a tactical weapon to spam warning shots or supression fire.

as far as E11 goes, why would you use it ? DLT20a has about 3rd more dmg at same speeds and roughly 25% less HAM costs then the E11, also has better range mods. if you put a Mindcost / Actioncost / Healthcost reducer on the DLT20a and have decent stats with no armor encumbrance, you use zero HAM. you regenerate faster then you lose it since DLT20a is a low HAM cost weapon in the 1st place.

Well I'm at 1000/600/600 mind stats and I'm always running out of mind. Still trying to find someone that wants to mass produce 30max damage/15 mind powerups for me.

Too bad your not on Intrepid!!! I manufacture and sell 30max damage/15 mind powerups by the crate!

And ill have 31.5/16.5 versions available tonight hopefully.... I also make speed versions.

My current rifle stats

Laser Rifle : virgin at 20-367 6.1 speed

Sliced for speed : 20-367 5.0

Powered up for speed : 20-367 3.5 speed ( possibly toooo fast, eats mind so fast its silly )

Powered up for damage : 20-478 5.0 speed ( match made in heaven! )

Im halfway through the riflemen tree, the powered up laser rifle shoots like a fast scout blaster... I cried, so sexy... lol
