I've been waiting for Victor to come into office so I could do his quest since I first heard of this rifle.

To obtain the rifle, you must start the quest from Victor in Bestine, and kill a Tusken Executioner, and loot a "Tusken Executioner's Head", then bring it to Victor and he rewards you with the Lithitanium Rifle.

I was out killing the Tusken Observers near the squill cave, and noticed an Executioner was nearby, so I ran to bestine and started the quest, then came back and I killed it with my friend's help. I looted it and I got the head.

So I went back to bestine and Victor gave me the rifle.

I already used it a few seconds to see if it made any cool animations, but it's a nice collector's item even though it didn't.

Very weak weapon IMHO. But it's something I guess. Good info anyhow.

Eh, the stats aren't terrible. I won't be hunting Rancors anytime soon with a Lithanium though.

Wow how did you even get past the observer?

I attacked one buffed and he hit me for 1k dmg.......

I'm aspeed capped riflewoman using 700 damage DXR-6b spamming headshots

My friend is master sword/master brawler/TKM, also speed capped swordsman, he was tanking it

180k of HAM?! Hell, the ones that killed me earlier had well over 250k!

Executioner had about 251k
Observer had 254k

Got mine today, went on a hunt with my melee stacker and ownd it, now above my fireplave in its rustic glory

the stats ion that really aint to bad just the only concern would b the only the light armor piercing cuz if u get a damage slice then u b lucky to get 425 damage then with a pup u can get 510 damage lucklily and u have urself a 5.5 speed 510 damage weapon and if ur speed capped not a bad way to go plus u have a nice lil rarity
