I guess the title says it all. I have a Trando Rifle, not yet bio-linked. What do you think is best to slice it? I am Master Rifleman, as well as 1034 BH.

The stats are as follows...

Speed 2.5

Damage 5210-1040

Base DPS 321

SAC: 95

Now.. my modified speed at the moment is 1.58.. already fairly fast. Is it worth getting speed slices, or would I be better off with damage slices for some heavy hitting Advanced Sniping...

Oops.. I do believe it's 521. Too bad really.. considering the way this game does damage is Min+Max/2 ^_^

i would go for a full Damage slice and get a lvl 1 speed and lvl 1 crit slice and use a good SAC reduction PUpto get the sac to around 75ish

would give you these stats:

2.45spd

561-1123

95 sac

343dps

Not quite true anymore. BH doing NPC missions have been on average looting at least one core booster for every three missions. The value on them should start dropping as they are not rare anymore.

So happens I found an illegal bore booster for sale for a not entirely horrible price (still painful), and actually,a 1 spped, one crit, 3 damage is whatI had planned before I posted, so seeing this I've gone and done it. Nor do I regret it, it's rather nice and I haven't even thrown ona power up yet.

On a totally unrelated note, Ackehece you are a very nice Correspondent but I always cringe when I see your sig We are plenty accurate! ^_^

I sliced mine for max speed.

speed is 2.2 now. I love it that way.

course I'm a ranger for the other 1/2 my template... dont exactly have defences so i shoot and RUN!!!

He may have been crazy from hiding so long but he was also avery winning general in the biggest all out fight the Galaxy had seen and had lead many of the precusors to the current STs into battle. I think he hada pretty good idea what he was talking about and the capabilities of those troops.
